  1. Prepare the Core plugin. Newsletter sending uses WPMailDesk SMTP and the configured business mailbox workflow.
  2. Create the campaign. Add the campaign name, subject, preheader and branded HTML content.
  3. Build the audience. Use WPMailDesk contacts, manual recipients, CSV import or combined sources, then normalize and de-duplicate.
  4. Preview and test. Review the final message and send a test email before queueing the live campaign.
  5. Send under policy. Use scheduling, pacing, daily limits and queue controls while suppression and unsubscribe protection remain active.

Package Scope

WPMailDesk Newsletter Addon adds the newsletter campaign layer to WPMailDesk Core. Its 64 feature points on this page describe the Newsletter Addon itself; Core helpdesk capabilities remain available through the underlying WPMailDesk installation.

Important Notes

  • The Newsletter Addon depends on the WPMailDesk Core SMTP workflow rather than maintaining a separate sending engine.
  • Unsubscribed and suppressed recipients should be excluded before queueing a campaign.
  • Server-managed Newsletter policies can be cached locally so campaign processing does not require a License Server request for each outgoing email.

Make customer email easier to manage.

Start with the Free test-drive bundle, then choose WPMailDesk, WPMailDesk + Newsletter Addon, or the Complete Suite as your email workflow grows.
