Recommended Workflow

  1. Connect the business mailboxes. Configure the same-domain SMTP and IMAP identities used by support, sales or billing.
  2. Bring customer email into the helpdesk. Fetch incoming messages, convert qualifying email to tickets and keep conversations threaded.
  3. Reply with customer context. Use contacts, canned replies, branded templates and the correct sending mailbox.
  4. Route WordPress and WooCommerce email. Use WPMailDesk SMTP and review delivery results in the central logs.
  5. Maintain the installation. Review system health, license status and package refresh when required.

Package Scope

WPMailDesk SMTP Helpdesk is the Core Premium package. The feature count on this page excludes the trial-only package points requested to be omitted from the current feature directory.

Important Notes

  • Same-domain mailbox rules remain part of the licensing model.
  • Filtered sender and domain controls should be configured carefully because they can prevent messages from entering the helpdesk workflow.
  • WooCommerce email branding preserves the underlying transactional content while WPMailDesk controls delivery and presentation where supported.
