1. All sales are final
Because WPMailDesk products are digital products and access can be delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once payment has been completed. This applies whether or not you later install, activate,, configure, or continue using the product.
2. No returns or exchanges
Digital software and license access cannot be physically returned. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges of WPMailDesk plugins, add-ons, license keys, digitals, upgrades, renewals, or other digital entitlements.
3. No refund for compatibility or change of mind
A refund will not be provided because of a change of mind, accidental purchase, unused license, failure to install or activate the product, incompatibility with a particular hosting environment or third-party plugin, lack of a desired feature, or a decision to stop using the product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, documented features, system requirements, package differences, and available pre-purchase information before ordering.
4. Renewals
Renewal payments are also final and non-refundable after they have been successfully processed. If a subscription or renewal arrangement allows cancellation, cancellation stops future eligible renewal billing; it does not reverse a payment that has already been completed.
5. License suspension, expiration, or usage limits
No refund is due because a license expires, a trial ends, an account is downgraded, a monthly or plan limit is reached, a domain is changed, an installation is removed, or access is restricted because of a violation of the applicable license or service terms.
6. Technical support
If you experience a technical problem, please contact WPMailDesk support so we can investigate the issue. Providing troubleshooting or a software fix does not create or imply a right to a refund.
7. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe the same transaction was charged more than once, the amount charged differs from the checkout amount, or a payment was processed without your authorization, contact support promptly with the relevant order information. We may investigate and correct verified billing errors. A billing-error correction is separate from our no-refund policy.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before opening a payment dispute, please contact support so we can review the order and any billing issue. Fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported chargebacks may result in suspension of related licenses,s, updates, support, or account access where permitted.
9. Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where the law requires a remedy that conflicts with this policy, the mandatory legal requirement will apply to that extent only.
